  FUNNY FIGURE HAUS or HOUSE. CANNOT BE FUNNIER - its fat and stout with a big belly. APEC haus or house is a new inclusion into the landscape of Ela beach. It extends to replace the old remains of what used to be the seapark. The roof top reflects the sail of the Lakatoi but to others including myself at first glance, it appears to resemble the sting ray. Quite a funny design and look but it is there to serve its purpose. For now we will have to make a guess as to what this building will be used for after November 2018.

  Building is scheduled to be completed and operational before the end of October 2018.
