  Their services are great however it takes a while before you get served. But then its the same everywhere so we cant blame them

  You need to re look at the processes in place for transfer of Government vehicle ownership to private. You really have a terrible process.

  The place gets stuff with not enough air conditioning but they do have an effective customer service ticketing system. This is the place in Port Moresby and PNG that you do Motor Vehicle Registration and renew of convert if overseas driver's license.

  Could do with faster service delivery and a bigger customer service chamber with better ventilation. It gets stuffy when there's a lot of people. Another thing, better queing system should be introduced to effectively que and serve clients.
